Refunds & Policies

Weather Policy: For safety reasons, it is Beach Boys Cabanas’ policy to take down all cabanas/umbrellas should winds reach 17mph. In this event, Beach Boys Cabanas will take down your cabana/umbrellas until the following day in order to ensure the safety of everyone on the beach. Refunds will not be given unless 3 or more days are interrupted by weather. These days do not include days we set up. Set Up days are not refundable.

Other Refunds: For refunds not related to weather (trip cancelations, etc.) Beach Boys Cabanas will offer a refund if your order is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the first day of the rental. If the refund is requested less than 48 hours prior to your rental, a partial refund may be given. For refund inquiries, please contact us.
